During high-volume periods, product drops, or special releases, processing may take up to 7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and again when it has been dispatched.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in our prices and are charged by your local customs authority.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional reshipping fees.
